Most people eat too much anyway. Giving the body a rest has to be a good thing. Personally, I have a hard time fasting and doing two days last year was difficult for me. I am thin which may or may not be a factor. I think I will try another two day fast next week. I only weigh 110 lbs. though, and it is easy for me to lose weight which is something I don’t want to do.
