We might have some wet snow here by early morning.
Sily, I have seen white, woolly-looking caterpillars before but were not the woolly bear type we are mentioning. They did resemble the woolly bear to some extent.
Those nor’easters, no matter what the season, are intense.
It’s been raining here for the last 3 days like a monsoon. Good ol’ Nor’easter. Cold also, as our heater came on for the first time 2 days ago. On Monday, the weatherman from AccuWeather said on the radio, after 30 years of being a weatherman, he has never seen it this cold, for so long, (my area) in October.
Have you ever seen a white woolly bear caterpillar? I saw one this fall crossing the road and thought it strange. I wonder if it’s a sign my area will have a “white” winter.
I got your message about your frog. If you can have someone take a picture, I would appreciate it.
Take care! Stay warm…. 🙂
No white stuff this morning. We were spared.
