Telepathy

I am becoming more and more telepathic and I am not even trying! It’s quite freaky at times. One latest incident is I was watching a podcast and towards the end someone I know from the Internet came to mind. A quick, silent conversation took place between us. After I was done watching the podcast I saw that I had received a FB message from this person while watching the podcast. When I read her message I found she had written about exactly what had taken place in my mind!

If someone comes to you who is suffering for whatever reason, the last things that should be done are to give the person empty spiritual platitudes, a list of your own woes or, God Forbid, unless asked for at some later point, advice. These responses often intensify the person’s suffering and they remain stranded and still feeling hostage to their emotions.

The greatest gift you can give to help relieve the person’s emotional pain is to LISTEN and to validate the person’s experience for them. This serves to initiate the process of the person feeling able to lessen the burden of what they feel and to integrate it. It’s so easy yet so many want to tell the person what to do, what to think, how they should feel, give them spiritual rhetoric or start telling the person of their own personal tragedies.

Listen and validate. When they have told all, tell the person you are sorry for what they have experienced. Then, go from there. If you have listened properly the person will feel lighter and less aggrieved and more able to cope with the next moments.

Sabotage Becoming the Norm?

I’m noticing the sabotage and attack on people is increasing more and more. So many seem to have a vendetta and are acting in ways they would not normally act. They think they are doing right but they are not; they are caught up in and being influenced by dark energies. I know I don’t want anything to do with it! Do not open the door to that!

Herding People

I really despise the feeling of someone trying to herd and micro-manage my energy for their own benefit. It’s very annoying. I naturally have to resist it when I detect it. Since this is my weblog, I can express this annoyance here.

Sun-Moon

I noticed a few night ago how unusually bright the waxing moon was and tonight, as it is full, I just saw beams coming off it, like a sun. There is a bit of a chem-haze passing in front of it but I do not recall ever seeing beams coming off the moon before, have you?

Praying Mantis Says Hello

Yesterday, while outside, and about to walk away from my perch next to an oak tree which has adopted me, a small praying mantis landed on my ankle. Cool! This mantis wanted to crawl up my bare leg and I wasn’t too keen on the idea so I convinced him to crawl onto a stick and then onto the oak. I really like these creatures; they are quite fascinating insects!

A Visit From a Butterfly

I was sitting outside a few minutes ago and a Monarch butterfly fought the breeze to come to me so it could alight on and probe my finger for a while. It made my day! Hello, Monarch! Thanks for the blessing!
