The guest (Dean Radin) stated when the moon is full and a solar wind stream is hitting the earth, the solar wind will change the shape of the magnetic field around earth from the usual sphere to a tear drop shape and the tail of the tear drop will touch the moon. This phenomena causes people to be more psychic at these times.
