Solar Wind, Full Moon and Earth Interaction

There was a solar wind buffeting the earth yesterday and I had a typical solar headache and tooth nerve pain as well as an irritable mood.  These are common symptoms, as I have stated before.

I heard the most fascinating info on Coast to Coast’s re-broadcast show last night about the solar wind.  The guest (Dean Radin) stated when the moon is full and a solar wind stream is hitting the earth, the solar wind will change the shape of the magnetic field around earth from the usual sphere to a tear drop shape and the tail of the tear drop will touch the moon.  This phenomena causes people to be more psychic at these times.

Wow!  Would I love to chat with this man!

Race Against Time

This persistent feeling I am having of not being able to catch up with chores, can’t get enough done because of time or energy contraints or there is too much to do is driving me nuts.  Where is this coming from?

Volcanic Eruption Seen From Space!

In a link to Mail Online, some fabulous pictures of Sarychev Peak in the Kuril Islands erupting this month are posted.  These were taken by astronauts passing overhead in the Space Station.

What a view!!

Downy Woodpecker Loves Sugar Water

We have a female downy woodpecker visiting a hummingbird feeder in front of the kitchen window who has developed a liking for sugar water.  She comes often and can fit her beak into the holes and lap up the nectar.  She is not very skittish so I’ve had the opportunity to take many pictures of her.  I hope one of them comes out clearly.

There are several pairs of adults visiting the yard with their fledglings right now to feed on suet and sunflower seed and she could be grabbing a high energy sugar jolt in between feeding her offspring.

Strawberry Disappointment

Our strawberries are not too great this year.  They are not as sweet and large as last year’s crop.  Last year’s crop was sublime and everyone raved over them!  We have not had enough sun and warmth to supercharge them this June.  Still, I pick them and taste them and if they are not good enough I spit them out.

The Number 17

Earlier today I paid for something in the drugstore and I received exactly $17 in change.  Right after, as I walked out the door, there were two guys talking outside and one of the men said the number 17 twice in a row.  I have no idea what they were talking about.

So, there was the number 17 (which equals 8 in numerology), three times, and it is supposed to mean something to me.  I don’t have a clue as to what.
