I have a bizarre story to tell.
I hear tones in either of my ears on occasion but it has been a while since that happened. They usually occur at night, before or after I am in bed, and sound as though they are created using technology. More rarely I have heard what I will call earthquake tones. These are precursors to major earthquakes on the globe. They have a unique quality and do not have a technical resonance.
Last night while sitting at my PC a tone commenced in my right ear and it was of the technical variety. I felt it was coming from a satellite passing over. These tones only last a few moments. Perhaps I can find out what times known satellites pass over this area.
Later, in bed, after I had just fallen asleep, a deafening sound erupted deep in my right ear. It lasted for just a second and was so loud it scared the daylights out of me. I broke out in a fear sweat and my heart was pounding. I tend to be rather jumpy anyway. I wondered if it had damaged my eardrum.
The sound was very familiar and try as I did, I could not identify it. I knew I knew it! Well, this morning as I began writing an email to someone about this it dawned on me what that sound was! It was the sound AOL software makes when a link is saved in My Favorite Places! Is that bizarre or what??? What does this mean?
I can only think it was meant to stop me from going wherever I was going when I fell asleep. Or, whenever I hear this sound from now on I will be triggered in some way. I don’t use AOL but someone else here does.
2-19-09 I thought of another possibility and that is the tone was meant to energetically knock me out of my body.
2-21-09 Yes! Trusty website www.spaceweather.com has a link where you can type in your zip code and a list of the times of some satellite flybys over your area are posted. There are hundreds of satellites so it is not a complete list.
