Water, Orgonite and My Little Stories

I’ve probably mentioned somewhere before on this weblog that my little town sits on top of a vast, underground reservoir which stretches for many miles.  The water runs south to north.  Our town water is not filtered or treated.  The natural layer of sandy soil in the area acts as a filter and twice monthly water sampling results have not necessitated any treatments so far.  I am not saying our water is completely pristine but may be better than water in other areas because it has not been poisoned like some surface bodies of water have been.  There has been past pesticide use issues in one area of town — pesticides used by a tobacco farmer which seeped into the ground water and was picked up by a test.

I’ve been waiting for the snow to melt so I could place an orgonite device out back where one of the springs surfaces from underground in the woods on this property and feeds the little pond I visit.  I finally had my chance the other day.  That was cool and I felt a charge in my heart chakra.  Standing next to running water helped to ease the distress I was feeling at that time, too.  I used a stick to push the device as far down into the hole as I could and will check on it again soon.

Also, one evening in February my buddy went to one of the local lakes to drill his ice fishing holes for the ice fishing derby the next day.  He wanted to get a head start.  He drilled his holes, covered them with circular vinyl patches and then packed snow on top so no one could find them but him.

Before he left to drill his holes I, being ever resourceful, asked him if he would drop an orgonite device down each of his holes as he drilled them.  He agreed, with a roll of his eyes, so now there is some orgonite in that lake.

I am very slowly (snail’s pace to be exact) enlarging my orgonite placement area here.  Late bloomers like me have to work on a different time table than the big players.  :-D   Water is my element and I have personally experienced the amplifying effects of water under various circumstances so I know what water can do.

Butterfly Migration Given a Helping Hand

Some people in Taiwan want to enable the milkweed butterfly safe passage across a busy highway during migration.  I must admit I was pleasantly surprised to read this article.  Amidst the horror stories of the world an event like this pops up now and then.

Captive Dolphin Baby Boom

These now pregnant dolphins were flushed out into the Gulf of Mexico during hurricane Katrina when their home at a marine park in Mississippi was mostly destroyed.  They were later captured and moved to the Bahamas.

A Spring Walk

I enjoyed a lovely walk today out back under deep blue skies and warm, comforting sun rays.  The air was chilly though.  I need to have sunlight in my eyes!  The snow pack froze again last night and I was able to walk on top of the snow.  Crunch, crunch!  I cut diagonally across a large corn field and came across a highway of turkey tracks.  This highway comes from the woods on one side of the field and leads across the wide open expanse to a long, narrow patch of dead vegetable growth sticking above the snow.  The turkeys must find something delectable over there but I don’t recall what was planted in that patch.

There were coyote tracks, fox tracks and some tracks I could not identify.  The melting and refreezing of the snow distorted them and they looked very odd.

The little pond out back never freezes because it is spring fed.  There were a few birds there — a junco, a song sparrow, a robin and some blue jays.  The robin was picking up active insects along the pond’s edge, warmed by the sun.  I scared off the mallards on the pond when I arrived.  I didn’t mean to but off they went.  Soon there will be painted turtles sunning on the dead tree fallen into the water and other signs of spring life.

Navy Refuses to Give Details on Sonar Use

It is my opinion that certain factions in the Navy do not like whales and dolphins because these very intelligent cetaceans see all that is going on in the seas.  Some of these beings stick their noses into what the Navy is doing underwater and the Navy retaliates with sonar.  I don’t think it is happenstance that cetaceans are driven onto beaches and die because of the damage caused to them by sonar.  That is my opinion on the matter.

The Navy is being sued in an attempt to protect marine mammals from the use of sonar.  Good luck!

Sperm Whale Rescue Attempt Gone Wrong

I don’t understand this story.  What caused the whale to panic?  Did the whale feel threatened?

Here is a link to video footage of a sperm whale panicking and overturning a Japanese fishing boat.  It is reported that three men were trying to rescue the whale after it strayed into a bay and one man drowned when his boat was capsized by the whale.  I found this link at Drudge’s website.  (Note:  Dead link.)

Bluebirds Check the Homefront

I could hear the bluebirds up in the trees on Feb. 28th.  They took off for quite some time this winter, likely wandering out yonder visiting their wild food supplies and hopefully staying out of harm’s way.  They are right on time to be checking out their box for spring and to see if anything in the yard has changed.  I bought them a new box to replace one of their old ones (the new one is more nicely constructed) and I will have to get that up pronto.

Moon Transits Sun

As our attention is being drawn more and more outwards into space, new images are being made available.

I’ve been waiting impatiently to see these images from the STEREO-B spacecraft taken February 25, 2007.  They were due out earlier but that did not happen as hoped.  STEREO-B is located about one million miles from the sun.  The STEREO mission is to study solar storms.
